nothing floats the 360 boat like Halo, but Gears, Mass Effect, Splinter Cell help out. Halo is milked, but not too much more than top IP at Nintendo and maybe Sony.

I think LIVE has been "worth" the money for most, if not all of its existence, but the problem is Microsoft hasn't really added anything to it to make it truly competitive with a ever-growing and free PSN since NXE.
Twitter, Last.FM, etc. are nice, but to keep LIVE worth the money, they must continue to enhance online play. How about on-line strategy guides, weekly developer chats, etc?
Or they should have a price drop for LIVE. I'd say $25 for the year. ...
every article being about how awesome Killzone was back in February. I avoided N4G because I was tired of hearing about Killzone.
I had pre-ordered it weeks in advance and was looking forward to it, but the hype was a bit much imho. Still the best FPS this generation in my opinion.
except for Haze, Halo and Killzone2. How could Halo not be disappointing compared to the first - it was revolutionary. Killzone 2 was hyped by PS3 owners finally proud of a decent FPS of their own. I was sick of the hype leading up to its release, but it wasn't a disappointment.
If it is overhype, I'd say that would be Forza, Too Human and Fable 2 belong there as well. It's not a game, but HOME belongs there too.

I still watch a VHS every now and then. My DVDs are nearly all ripped to a 1.5TB hard drive. I have 30 Blu-Rays already. If you don't want to play them, that's your prerogative, but don't fault a still viable medium if you don't want to use it.
Sh!t, I still play vinyl after all these years, and I even have an 8-track of Michael Jackson I bought in the early 80's.
They are on more devices than just the 360 and the PS3. They are on a number of net ready TV's and Blu-Ray players. From what I understand Netflix themselves are working on an integrated solution for the PS3.

if you think you are going to have 1080 instant streaming 100% of the time. With the broadband requirements most of you won't be able to enjoy it. All Microsoft has done is allowed for a drop in resolution when necessary - which may be all of the time.
360 users probably are best served just using Netflix.
